A really fun party where we get together with a
hat, crazy decorations, and a glue gun to make a masterpiece to wear during
Mardi Gras. The hat party is one of the defining traditions of the
Krewe. You can always spot a Who? member by their crazy hats.
You can also decorate your "Second Line" umbrella.
What to Bring:
Hat, Glue Gun & Glue Sticks, Decorations for hat,
Drinks, Set-Ups, Dish to Share, Extension Cord or Power Strip.
