The Dickens on the Strand festival features many street vendors, arts & crafts, carolers, handbell choirs, bagpipers, jugglers, delicious food, drinks and fun.  Come on out and support the Strand district recovery efforts.  Many shops and restaurants/bars are in the process of rebuilding.
